Our story began in the automotive world, where our CEO owned and operated his own body shop. Experiencing firsthand the challenges dealerships and service centers face every day, he recognized a need for tools built specifically for the auto industry. That vision led to the creation of software designed to simplify workflows, improve customer experiences, and provide solutions tailored to the unique demands of dealerships and repair facilities.
From those roots, our company grew into a trusted partner in merchant services. Building the division from the ground up, we’ve helped hundreds of dealerships, glass companies, and businesses alike navigate the complex world of payments with confidence. Today, we continue to branch into new industries, adapt to evolving technology, and grow alongside our partners—all while staying true to our mission of innovation and excellence in the automotive space and beyond.

I started my career in the automobile sector by working in contract approval and titles, where I was able to obtain firsthand knowledge of dealership operations and the difficulties dealerships encounter. Combining my operational expertise with my enthusiasm for assisting companies in streamlining their operations, I made the move into the merchant services sector in 2019. At PromisePay, I guide dealerships through the complexities of merchant services by delivering seamless, effective payment solutions tailored to their needs. My focus is always on creating value for partners and supporting their long-term success. Earlier in my career, I served in the military, first as a vehicle mechanic and later in patient administration. Those experiences built the foundation of my leadership skills, adaptability, and mission-first mindset qualities I carry into every client relationship today.

I began my career in the automotive industry, first working in parts before moving into BDC and later serving as a service writer. Each of these roles gave me a unique perspective on dealership operations and the challenges teams face daily. Along the way, I developed a passion for helping dealerships improve their processes and better serve their customers. Today, I bring that same passion to PromisePay, where I’ve spent the past six years helping dealerships navigate the merchant services world. By applying my industry knowledge, I strive to make payment solutions seamless and effective, while always keeping the dealership’s needs front and center. My goal has always been to achieve excellence for our partners, and I’m proud to play a role in their continued success.
